We use a wide range of media to drive traffic to your property, including facebook, twitter and
linkedin as we recognise in this fast moving and highly competitive market we need to grab the
attention of prospective tenants.
We utilise local media and weekly newspapers to advertise your property and generate
enquiries. So, this means that if your rental property is in Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater,
Minehead or the surrounding villages, we will advertise your property each week in the Somerset
County Gazette, Bridgwater Mercury or the West Somerset Free Press. Of course all of our
properties are displayed at our Taunton offices and we regularly match new listings to our
existing database of registered applicants.
Not one to rest on our laurels, we also circulate our list of vacant properties, including digital
photographs to local hospitals, schools and colleges, key private employers, public sector
organisations and relocation companies.
We communicate regularly with these organisations to maximise interest and take-up rates,
