Our job as letting agents is to help you get the most out of your investment, whether you are looking for us to simply market your property and find a suitable tenant or take care of the whole process and look after your property on a day to day basis throughout the entire tenancy. Our portfolio is concentrated around Somerset and the South West, but we also work with Landlords across the country. For your convenience, you will be assigned a property manager, as your main point of contact,  their priority is to ensure that you always have a quality tenant in your property to providing ongoing rental income, to deal with everyday issues such as property inspections, monitoring maintenance, tenant selection, negotiation of renewed tenancies and rent reviews. Whether you are a local Landlord, or based overseas we believe that regular communication is an integral part of our property letting and management service. We monitor rental payments via an auto-generated computer system that alerts us to overdue payments immediately. We take a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to rental arrears as we understand that cash flow is important in maintaining a successful property portfolio. We process our rent accounts weekly, from our Taunton office, this means that unlike other agents, we do not hold your rental income for longer than is necessary, and so you receive your funds within 7 seven days of the rent due date, no matter what time of the month that falls. We also build in rent reviews during and at the end of each tenancy to ensure that you receive the maximum return on your portfolio. We can arrange for an appraisal of your property to assess your current equity, whether this is for insurance purposes, financial review or in the event that you may be looking to add to your portfolio. From time to time, existing Landlords may choose to sell part or all of their portfolios and so we immediately bring such opportunities to your attention before they reach the open market; which means that you have knowledge of an established and performing portfolio first hand. Although based in Taunton, Somerset, our Landlords have property portfolios which extend beyond the South West of England and across the UK.
